Heather is an affordable housing consultant from the Louisville, Kentucky area. Over the past 20 years, she’s worked on the development and compliance side with multiple affordable housing programs including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, and state and national Affordable Housing Trust Funds just to name a few. She was employed for 17 of her 20-year affordable housing career working in state, local, and federal government. Three years ago, she started an affordable housing consulting business to assist public housing authorities and nonprofits with the implementation of affordable housing programs.
